Installation

Depending on the size of the business, the square footage and number of cameras installed, the installation is done in three processes; Wiring, Camera installation and computer (or DVR system) and network setup as well as backup system setup.
Each one of our staff is trained to operate in one of the areas specified above to ensure our clients they are getting the best out of their surveillance system.
Our customer service professionals will update clients through out the process, and each client will be assigned with a case manager. The Case Manager will answer any questions regarding the installation process or other technical concerns.
